Loan Processor / Mortgage Broker Support

The Role at a Glance
Title: Broker Support
Location: 2‑8 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest, NSW 2153
Type: Full-time, on-site (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Flexibility: 1 WFH day per week post probation
Salary: $90,000 + super - OTE up to $150,000 (top performers earning ~$60k commission on top of base)
Client Flow: High volume, paid, ready to proceed clients
BD Required: None
Progression: Structured pathway to become a Mortgage Broker (Financial Strategist)
The Opportunity
Infinity Group’s internal mortgage brokerage settles ~$300m+ per month across residential, investment, and construction lending. We support approximately 4,500 paying clients nationwide, all actively implementing long term lending strategies designed to:
Pay off home loans decades earlier
Save, on average, $270,000+ in interest
These outcomes rely on disciplined lending execution at scale.

Your job is to execute at a high level - and progress.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll manage loans end-to-end, across residential, investment, and construction scenarios, with real autonomy and trust.
This includes:
Preparing, lodging, and managing applications via ApplyOnline
Running files from initial assessment through to settlement
Reviewing PAYG and self employed financials, including company and trust structures
Supporting lending strategy through serviceability and lender policy positioning
Liaising with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and accountants
Proactively managing issues to keep deals moving
Owning client communication and expectations throughout the process
Maintaining audit ready CRM records and full NCCP / AML compliance
This is a hands on, high volume role for someone who takes pride in precision and pace.
Who This Role Is For
This role is not suitable for entry level candidates or those still learning loan processing.
It is designed for someone who:
Has proven end-to-end mortgage processing experience
Is confident handling volume and complexity
Has strong exposure to investment and construction lending
Is commercially minded and performance driven
Wants a genuine pathway into broking but lacks deal flow in their current role
Experience & Requirements
2–3+ years’ experience in mortgage processing or brokerage operations
Strong ApplyOnline experience (essential)
Construction lending experience (essential)
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
Clear police check and credit report
Full Australian working rights
Remuneration & Progression
$90,000 base + super
Performance commissions (up to $150,000 OTE)
