Full job description
Seize the opportunity to join our dynamic team shaping the future of higher education as we introduce you to ECU City Campus , a ground-breaking $853m campus development in the heart of Perth. We are on the hunt for an extraordinary Coordinator who is solutions orientated with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. At ECU, this is more than just a job; it is your chance to be a part of an era-defining project that will revolutionise learning environments and create a lasting impact on students, staff and the wider Perth community.

Your role will be pivotal in translating our ambitious goals into actionable milestones. The oversight and meticulous coordination you will provide will span a myriad of projects, processes and activities. You will become a leader in transparency and governance, effectively monitoring program dynamics such as resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder management.

In essence, you will be at the heart of ECU’s biggest project yet that is not just about bricks and mortar, but about building a facility that shapes the leaders of tomorrow. About You

The role involves improving efficiency, supporting staffing, training, and compliance, and working collaboratively to develop a new Shared Loans Services Delivery Model for the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and the Creative Humanities disciplines of the School of Arts and Humanities (SAH).

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage.
