Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Business Centre Manager to maximise all opportunities in the area
Plan and execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and cold calling, to generate new business.
Create and deliver personalised sales presentations, addressing individual customer needs and preferences.
Arrange and conduct product demonstrations that align with customer expectations.
Prepare and present proposals to customers when necessary, securing agreements.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and ongoing communication.
Monitor your own performance against sales and customer retention targets, and work with the General Manager to review progress and set goals.
Collaborate with colleagues across all teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
