This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.
• $18 per hour

• Crosstown: $10 per move or $20 per hour
• Bobtail events: $10 - $30 per assignment
• Driver assist per load: $10
• Empty move: $10 per move
• Empty search per hour: $20
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Rail delay: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery per stop: $30
• Truck order not used: $15
• Waiting on truck: $20 per hour
• Yard checks: $20 per hour
• DOT inspections: $20 per hour
• Compliance related duties: $20 per hour
• Physicals and random drug tests: $20 per hour
• Safety training and required meetings: $20 per hour
• Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment.
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000.00
