Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. The responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
• Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Directing, optimizing, and coordinating a full order cycle.
• Liaising and negotiating with event based suppliers and logistics.
• Procuring logistics such as banners, standees, and any other offline event logistics.
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Arranging warehouse, cataloguing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments.
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints.
• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implementing improvements.
• Complying with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain or any other related field.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Proficient in standard logistics software.
• Knowledge of MS-Excel
Additional skills
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of social media analytics.
