Job Description

highly motivated and experienced Accountant is required to manage and review financial transactions for a Logistics or Warehousing company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP and AR transactions.

About the Job:
• Manage and review financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of AP and AR transactions
• Perform thorough GL reviews and ensure account reconciliation
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of accounting experience in the logistics or warehousing sector
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Proven experience in AP, AR, and GL review
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities
