• Product sourcing: Assist in sourcing products, suppliers, and manufacturers via B2B websites, Global Sources, and others
• Supplier evaluation: Research and assess potential suppliers, comparing product quality, prices, and reliability to identify the best options
• Order management: Help manage the procurement process, ensuring timely orders and deliveries of products
• Import and export documents: Support the coordination of logistics, shipping, and delivery of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, shipping details, and product inventory
• Vendor communication: Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards
• Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor sourcing strategies
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to sourcing performance, supply chain metrics, and product costs for management review
• Process improvement: Contribute ideas and insights to improve sourcing and supply chain processes, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiency
