Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:
● Manage the documentation and compliance requirements related to logistics operations, including customs
regulations, import/export documentation, and hazardous materials handling.
● Develop and implement strategies to streamline and improve logistics operations.
● Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and
materials, while maintaining cost-effective practices.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop
action plans to address any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
● Coordinate with internal teams, such as procurement, sales, and production, to ensure accurate forecasting and planning to meet customer demands.
● Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective
transportation and storage services.
● Continuously assess and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
and mitigate risks.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics management to drive innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements:
● Must have knowledge of International logistics, Import-Export Documentation, Customs Clearance.
● Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A
master's degree is preferred.
● Proven experience of 1 year in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
● Open to travel as per the operation requirements.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective
relationships with suppliers and service providers.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams and communicate complex logistics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
