Job Description
• Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures;
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors;
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements;
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors;
• Maintain the management of supplier return packaging;
• Provide constructive feedback;
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
• Manage the implementation of engineering changes, production trials, model change and pilot build ensuring robust product life cycles;
• Suggest solutions for process improvements;
• Train new workers in the operating procedures and standards of the organization;
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take reconciling with data storage system;
• Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure that the resources are used effectively and targets are met;
• Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.
