We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Executive who will be responsible for coordinating operations, warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities. They will work with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations in each part of the logistics process across the region.
What you will be doing?
• Order management, processing and fulfilment.
• Inventory management of various materials, shipping and delivery schedule.
• Work with 3PL, transportation suppliers on optimal delivery, handling and returns.
• Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible for utilizing IT systems or software to optimize procedures.
• Planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for management.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
What you will bring to the role?
• Be organized and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ablilty to execute tasks while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to generate clear/concise reports indicating key issues to management/ department heads.
• Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written.
• Be a good team player.
What will you need to be sucessful in the role?
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor s degree in supply chain.
• 3-4 years working experience in the related field.
• Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations including warehouse and inventory control procedures and customer management.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce.
• Proficient in MS Excel applications.
• Good understanding of logistics and inventory management software e.g., WMS, TMS,ERP SAP or similar systems/platforms.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare systems will be an advantage.
