Logistics Manager, Sydney

The project:

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:

Lead site logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient workforce management and high‑quality service delivery.
Coordinate daily and weekly activities, producing progress and performance reports aligned with programme requirements.
Collaborate with principal contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to validate scope, manage change, and resolve interface issues.
Oversee health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental compliance in line with client and Mace standards.
Drive innovation, alternative delivery methods, and continuous improvement across logistics services.
Manage assets, waste operations, RFIs, EWNs, and documentation to support effective commercial and operational outcomes.
You’ll need to have:

Proven experience delivering logistics management across Tier‑1 contractors, major programmes, or client‑side environments.
Strong capability coordinating materials, equipment, and resources to support efficient construction delivery.
Skilled in planning and implementing logistics frameworks with diverse supply chain and operations teams.
Aviation sector experience beneficial but not essential.
