We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figures, backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswearAlthough we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growing brand, we would love to have you on board.Job description:- 2+ years of experience in managing warehouse and last mile delivery functions for a D2C orany ecommerce brand or platform.- Responsible for entire Last Mile Operations.- Experience in negotiating and handling day to day operations with a 3rd party operator forlogistics and last mile delivery.- Experience in handling multi warehouse and multiple last mile partners.- Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.- Making MIS report and circulating to respective and other departments.- Strong sense of data analysis with a business focus to identify defects, trends in Last Mile'sperformance for COD, Prepaid, Non-Delivery Reasons, Pickup Failures across clusters- Strong people management with inter intra team communications skills.
