Job Description:
Executive Sales & Operations should have an ability to serve logistics solutions
for small to medium size businesses using Bhartiya Logistics® services.
A ESO's primary responsibility is to evaluate every customer’s unique business
needs and collaborate with Bhartiya Logistics®’s management team to close
deals with prospects that have not previously worked with us.
- Evaluate new business by identifying, researching, & qualifying new
opportunities
- Plan a prospect pipeline via high volume of outbound cold calls, emails and
social selling
- Identify client needs through assessing their current fulfilment methods and
determine if they are fit for our business model
- Make recommendations to management from prospects who do not “fit in the
box”.
- Plan meeting with interested prospects in term of customers and our
organisation
- Maintain CRM regularly to keep track of prospects in pipeline and plan the
followups accordingly
- Report to designated manager/team lead to strategize more effective
prospecting methods in term of revenue, collections and bottom lines.
- Consistently exceed monthly and annual contributions.
- Other duties/projects as assigned time to time
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree. MBA candidates are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience is sales environment is preferred. But we will train the
right person who have less experience.
- Self-motivated and strong team player who wish to exceed the limits set by the
boundaries and achieve extraordinary results.
- Relentless persistence in the face of daily rejection and delays from potential
customers.
