Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse;
Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to review resident progress;
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Physical stamina to perform job requirements;
