Job description
The final rate will be discussed during the interview.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? Manage the overall design process from conception, to final styling, and production.
? Work with the Product and Development team to create accurate and comprehensible new sketches for production
? Work with the team to conduct cost analysis for each design
? Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes and create innovative concepts.
? Conduct appropriate market research to identify new trends, fabrics and seek design inspiration.
? Test and decide on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design.
? Communicate technical design to team members with detailed specifications.
? Work with the Product and Development team to oversee the prototype sample order process.
Related Experience
? Proven work experience as a fashion designer or similar role, preferably in manufacturing apparel companies
? A bachelor s degree in design or fine arts is preferred, but not required
? Superior knowledge of fashion design principles
? Ability to create, cut and sew-up patterns
• Experience:
Garment construction: 1 year (preferred)
Fashion design: 1 year (preferred)
Adobe Illustrator: 1 year
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
• Salary: ₹11,22+.22 - ₹40,6+2.8+ per month
• Benefits:
