Kojiro Japanese Restaurant is a well-loved local spot in Mosman, serving authentic Japanese cuisine with warmth and care for over a decade. Our newly renovated restaurant is a place where guests feel at home, and our team takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences. We’re now looking for enthusiastic Front of House (Waitstaff) to join our friendly team.
Position Description
As part of our service team, you’ll be the face of Kojiro, ensuring every guest receives professional and welcoming hospitality. Whether you’re greeting customers, taking orders, or serving dishes, your role is all about creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere.
Essential Duties
Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serving dishes and drinks while ensuring excellent presentation
Assisting with table setup, clearing, and maintaining a clean dining area
Providing attentive and friendly service throughout the customer’s visit
Supporting team members and communicating smoothly with the kitchen
Individual Requirements
A passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
Legal right to work in Australia
Job Type
Part-time / Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $3700 per hour (depending on experience)
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
