Collection and documentation of patient information
Providing clinical interventions as ordered by the provider
Assisting with phone calls and messages
Determining best actions and collaborating with the team to assign accountabilities
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current, unrestricted NV LPN license
CPR/BLS certification
