Job Description: Luxury Brand Manager
As the brand custodian for Novella, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and high-value business development for elite UHNI/HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships: Lead collaborations with luxury venues, wedding planners, designers, and influencers that convert into premium bookings.
Content & Digital Identity: Manage Novella’s presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, ensuring visual consistency and luxury aesthetics across all touchpoints.
Client Onboarding: Nurture relationships with HNIs and global tastemakers through high-touch, emotional storytelling.
Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Novella at elite wedding fairs, luxury forums, and high-pressure investor meetings.
Creative Oversight: Design moodboards, brand creatives, and visual layouts (proficiency in Canva is mandatory).
Performance Tracking: Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and relationship depth to refine brand strategy.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4–8 years in luxury marketing, brand communication, or the premium wedding/hospitality industry.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written storytelling; ability to navigate high-pressure environments with composure.
Mindset: A purpose-driven "top 1%" professional who thrives on a 6-day schedule and dynamic, late-night wedding timelines.
Location: Ability to work on-site in Greater Kailash 1, Delhi.
