Retail (Store) Manager
Lead and manage all operations to ensure our store team delivers excellent customer service.
Train and coach staff while maintaining food safety standards.
Handle stock management, cash control, and recruitment.
Location: Coolangatta – 98424

We’re looking for people with:
At least one year of work experience in a similar position
Diploma or higher in Business or similar field or being enrolled in one
Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) certificate expedited by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Organisational and communication skills
Leadership abilities
Excellent team skills
Coaching and training experience
A great attitude!

· Leverage rosters for the entire team
Stock monitoring, ordering and management
Leading the store during a shift
Training and coaching other team members
Maintaining food safety standards
