Job Overview

Are you a driven sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same? We're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager or Deputy Sales Manager to join our team at one of our luxury resorts in India.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. If you have a passion for sales, a flair for leadership, and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
