As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with the receipt, inspection, and storage of hotel materials and supplies. Your role will involve maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock levels using inventory management systems, and supporting the procurement process by sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers. Conducting regular stock audits to report discrepancies and ensuring proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable goods will be crucial aspects of your duties. Collaboration with various hotel departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials, managing waste, and minimizing material losses will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to learn and adhere to hotel safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.
