Job Overview
The Luxury Retail Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales associates.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of our brand's products and values
• Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance evaluations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., fashion, business, hospitality)
• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on customer service and sales growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of our brand's values and aesthetic
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
