Job Responsibilities: Assist in operating and maintaining printing and packaging machines.
Load and unload raw materials such as paper, ink, and packaging materials into machines.
Ensure proper alignment and smooth operation of printing presses, laminators, and cutting machines.
Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Support in cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance.
Stack, pack, and organize finished products as per quality control standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist senior machine operators and technicians in daily production tasks.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and production targets.
