We’re on the lookout for a motivated Machine Operator to join our Ready To Eat (RTE) production team. If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in producing quality products, and are looking to build a career in food manufacturing, this is the role for you.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll develop valuable skills operating machinery, build your experience in food production, and grow your career with a well-established company.
Hours:
Afternoon Shift
3:00pm – 12:00am
Monday to Friday
Flexible to work Saturdays when required
Your key responsibilities include:
Operating Multivac and/or slicing machinery efficiently and safely
Performing assembly and disassembly of equipment as required
Working at pace with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Maintaining strict quality and food safety standards
Accurately completing QC documentation
Safely lifting and moving heavy items using correct manual handling techniques
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience operating Multivac, Slicer or similar production machinery
A solid understanding of machine operation and basic troubleshooting
Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
High standards of product quality and safety
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
