We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our bakery manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities
Operate machinery including lathes and CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the manufacturing process.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools is essential.
Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred.
Knowledge of welding techniques and quality control processes is advantageous.
Ability to fabricate components based on specifications is desired.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing or machine operation role is mandatory for atleast 2 years.
