Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating machinery within a high-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating multispindle lathes, loading material into lathes, checking product against drawings and inspection instructions, changing tools and making adjustments. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production quality and adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Fabricate parts and components as per specifications
Interpret CAD drawings to execute precise manufacturing tasks.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
Changing tools & making adjustments to tools and machine
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
Previous experience in welding or fabrication is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem solving ability is helpful
