Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator at AGF, you will report to the Production Manager and play a key role on our production team, operating the machinery that manufactures our high-quality, professional-grade cleaning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders and job requirements
Set up machines for daily operation
Operate machines to produce high-quality, specification-conforming parts
Take measurements and inspect finished products to maintain standards
Detect malfunctions and troubleshoot machine issues
Perform basic maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Assist in Packaging when required and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator (3+ years preferred)
Experience operating CNC-controlled machines is an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on business needs)
Must be able to meet production targets and deadlines
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
Must have clear criminal record check
