Descriptions de poste

Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur maintenance, le Machiniste est responsable de création, fabrication, démontage, remontage, restauration, installation de pièces de maintenance et de faire une maintenance préventive sur les équipements.

Conditions de travail :

Horaire : Lundi au Vendredi, 40 heures par semaine, heure peut varier entre 6h00 et 16h00.

Statut : Temps plein, Permanent

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

Fabriquer des nouvelles pièces pour des machines de productions et des projets R&D
Démonter, Remonter, ajuster et Restaurer des pièces de machines
Assister l’équipe de maintenance préventive pour la correction de pièces mécanique
Suivre les mesures de sécurités imposées par les responsables de la SST
Adopter un standard de qualité conformément aux exigences de la norme ISO
Toutes autres tâches connexes
Exigences :

Posséder un Diplôme d'études professionelles (DEP) en technique d’usinage;
Être autonome dans le machinage conventionnel
Posséder un minimum de un (1) à trois (3) ans d'expérience pertinente.
Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier (un atout).
Compétences recherchées :

Avoir un souci du détail très développé;
Capacité d’apporter du support et des solutions à la production;
Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans de modification et fabrication;
Capacité à opérer les divers outils et machines (tours, fraiseuses, rectifieuses planes et cylindriques);
Être autonome et organisé;
Avoir un bon esprit d’équipe;
Bon esprit analytique.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, the Machinist is responsible for creating, manufacturing, dismantling, reassembling, restoring, and installing maintenance parts, as well as performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Hours can vary between 6:00am and 4:00pm.

Status : Permanent

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and manufacture of new maintenance parts (R&D)
Dismantle, reassemble and restore maintenance equipment parts
Perform mechanical preventive maintenance on machines
Follow safety measures imposed by OHS managers
Maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO requirements
Requirements:

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in machining technology
Be autonomous in conventional machining
A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years relevant experience
Experience in the manufacturing field (an asset)
Desired Skills:

Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to provide support and solutions to production
Ability to read and interpret modification and manufacturing drawings
Ability to operate various tools and machines (lathes, milling machines, surface, and cylindrical grinding machines)
Autonomous and organized
Good team spirit
Good analytical skills
