Job Description
We are looking for a visionary, seasoned, enthusiastic and high-energy driven Construction / Projects Leader with the merit of executing prestigious projects of large magnitude within strict time schedules, cost & quality. Who have the aspiration to lead Mahima Group' Projects team for reputed projects across Jaipur, Rajasthan. A competent professional with at least 12 years of experience in Construction Project Management, Site Administration, Project Control, Cost Estimation Quantity Surveying, Quality Control / Assurance, Strategic Management, Contract Management, etc.
JD / KRA's :
- Responsible for functions encompassing planning, scheduling, costing & budgeting and managing multiple projects and deadlines form pre-construction phase to final closeout with quality.
- Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings and BOQ, issues and provide inputs on the feasibility, practicality of construction.
- To deliver record of success and strengths lie in simplifying and streamlining process and procedures to drive down costs, improve efficiency and increase bottom line profitability.
- Set an execution example by strong credentials and a history of on time, on budget and high quality project completions.
- To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones.
- Responsible to develop performance improvement plans if any project's direct or indirect associate's performance is not meeting expectations.
- To exhibits a comprehensive understanding of financial calculations / metrics (Pro-forma financials to monitor work progress), budget creation (budget management and cost reports), contract administration and strong analytical skills (in depth analysis of all work contracts to ensure their quality, completeness and comparative value).
- To offer quality advice for construction, planning and project administration services, and strategic scheduling. Assisting engineers for the maximum Quality enhancement of works so that quality is never compromised and risk factor are
