Experience in data entry and maintaining a mailroom

Knowledge of courier services, deliveries, and shipping & receiving procedures

Ability to manage mail packages effectively and efficiently

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors

Familiarity with warehouse management practices and procedures

Experience in managing vendor relations

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Strong organizational skills and ability to keep the mailroom clean and organized

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Availability to work during normal business hours, with occasional overtime as needed
