TDS is currently seeking a Mail Room Clerk. Operating within the mailroom, the Mail Room Clerk provides general duties to the mailroom and handles all physical letters and packages entering the area.

Key Responsibilities:
· Closing and destroying files
· Ordering off-site files for destruction
· Mail sorting
· Readdressing and forwarding misdirected mail
· Deliver and obtain signatures for Expiry Docket
· Backup to Mailroom Supervisor and Deliveries Clerk
· Multiple trips throughout the office with a mail cart for pick-up and delivery of items

· Work effectively in a professional, fast-paced environment
· Experience in an office or business environment
· Superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Mature attitude, professional and strong work ethic
· Dependability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and co-ordinate multiple projects with multiple individuals
· Has a mindset for helping others, a client service mentality, and a positive attitude
· Ability to work under pressure, stress, and light deadlines at times
· Some heavy lifting required (up to 40lbs)
