Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)
Alness£38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Days Only + No Sundays + Excellent Overtime Rates (Up to 2x) + 30 Days Holiday + Bonus Scheme
Are you a maintenance engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment, looking for a stable, site based and days only role, within an employee-owned company which truly value their employees, where you'll benefit from a profit share bonus and fantastic training scheme?On offer is the opportunity to join growing food processing company, known for their fantastic staff retention and collaborative culture. With upcoming investment into both staff and site, now is a great time to join the team.You will work alongside a highly skilled, powerful team of engineers and will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly whilst maintaining a variety of food processing equipment such as conveyors and rotary turntables, on a days only shift pattern.
This role would suit a maintenance engineer looking for a days only role within a fantastic company which values its employees and offers excellent further training. The Role:
• Maintaining a variety of food processing equipment, completing PPM and reactive maintenance
• Monitor lines ensure production targets are met
• Troubleshoot issues rela ted to equipment; malfunctions or breakdowns
• Days only shift pattern rotating between 6-2 / 11-7 and Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday on a rota basis
The Person:
• Shift Engineer experience in a manufacturing, production environment OR similar
