What’s the job?
A Maintenance Helper Is a Non-skilled, Entry-level Position That Provides Labor And Assistance To Qualified MMI (Mechanical Maintenance) Team. Maintains a Safe And Clean Work Area. May Performs Entry-level Tasks Necessary To Support The Maintenance Department Including But Not Limited Areas Such As
Learn and assist MMI as they install, calibrate, repair, overhaul, maintain, construct, modify and install equipment and components. Maintain, repair, and modify building infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids).
Inspect, diagnose, and implement corrective actions on equipment and building systems.
Review blueprints/technical drawings and work orders in order to install, troubleshoot and repair. Perform preventative maintenance. Install, adjust, repair, modify machinery, controls, rigging, and installation equipment.
A skill/knowledge test may be administered to assist with determining training and development opportunities. The starting pay is $24.03/hour Monday- Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm

Minimum Of 6 Months Experience In The Following Areas
• Able to effectively weld on various surfaces
• Knowledge of working with hydraulics
• Knowledge of working with pneumatics equipment
• Knowledge of how to safely setup/use rigging

• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to follow safety protocols and plant rules
• Availability to work 8–12-hour shifts, include days, nights, and weekends
