Shift: 6am-6pm on a 2-2-3 schedule

• Efficiently diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and operational issues.
• Consistently achieve equipment uptime targets through timely repairs, necessary rebuilds, and precise adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. A technical school certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field desired.
• Desire to learn and excel in industrial maintenance. Willingness to ask questions and take advantage of training opportunities offered on and off site.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in roles such as facilities maintenance technician, automotive technician, HVAC technician, apprentice technician, or machine operator.
• Must provide and maintain your own basic hand tool sets, including: wrenches, screwdrivers, punches, socket set, pliers, hammer, etc.
• General computer competency: typing, using web browsers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with team members.
