Job Description
As the Major Account Manager (MAM), you will be responsible for managing the customer accounts for a particular industry vertical across the Delhi NCR region and generating direct business for WiJungle.
You will identify & aware strong prospects and build sustainable relationships with key decision makers to propel the WiJungle business to the next level & meet/exceed defined sales targets. At the same time, you will also drive the cases initiated by the channel in that vertical & enable the close interworking between the channel & WiJungle.
Responsibilities/What You'll Do:
• Responsible for driving direct sales engagements with end customer accounts in assigned industry vertical.
• Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process.
• Coordinate with appropriate internal/on-ground teams to generate and deliver winning Contracts, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
• Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.
• Analyze multiple market factors to recommend business solution basis customer needs.
• Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.
• Responsible for the overall growth and achievement of agreed sales targets from the assigned industry vertical.
• Ability to work in a flat hierarchy/start-up environment, delivering results with little supervision.
• Understand and be fluent in the delivery of the WiJungle vision and value proposition.
• Provide necessary competitive feedback to WiJungle Sales Leadership.
Skills/What You Need To Have:
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in end customer account management and direct funnel generation within networking or security sectors.
• Experience in closing large deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening, presentation & convincing skills
• Sells Consultatively – Ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual value..
• Must be quick to adapt and learn product technology
• Self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
• Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter mentality
• Superb organizational skills

• Prior experience with smaller, growing companies
