• Candidate should be fluent in Malayalam
• Reach out to 100 to 150 existing students on the platform a day to nudge them on using the app
• Create and maintain a record of students called
• Share the daily updates of the calls to the reporting manager
• Encourage and motivate the children to use the app in better ways and provide clarity on their doubts on app usage
• Perform day-to-day Tele-calling operational tasks assigned
• Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
• Triangulate data of students called with existing database
