BUSINESS FUNCTION/ SUB-FUNCTION: Finance
LOCATION: Noida, Sector 64
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable management accountant to optimize our financial management policies. You will be performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning. An outstanding management accountant will be someone whose financial accounting and business management expertise translates into sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
Analysing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning.
Preparing financial reports and budgets including reconciliations, as well as understanding the variances & providing commentary thereof.
In depth Understanding of Trial balance scrutiny including accruals & provision s.
Effective & continuous communication with the Entity owners within the group to ensure timely closure of books.
Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in business management, MS Excel modelling, Power point presentations and accounting software. (Knowledge of Unit-4 is a plus)
Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
Time management skills.
Ability to remain confidential.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) preferred
