Overview
Organic growth, niche products and a bespoke service has positioned our unique distribution client to grow in H2, and they are looking for a Management Accountant to join their passionate family outfit based in Brierley Hill. The successful candidate will be joining a cosy function, working closely with the businesses knowledgeable Financial Director to assist in the production of the month end pack and a number of reports for the wider business.
In joining this successful SME, you will be exposed to a range of tasks on a daily basis, working with multiple internal stakeholders to keep things ticking along smoothly. You will be involved with the daily analysis on various metrics such as deliveries, revenue and costing. You will be conducting analysis of the balance sheet, income & expenditure and assisting with the businesses rolling cashflow forecasts and budgets.
Skills Needed
• You will be a part qualified accountant, ideally actively progressing your ACCA or CIMA.
• Have mastered the month end basics, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Be a motivated individual that enjoys the personal side of accounting and partnering with no financial stakeholders.
• Have an eye for process improvement and enjoy challenging the status quo to implement improvements.
