IN2Consult / Management Accountant / up to £45,000 pa / PQ or Finalist / Hayes / Hybrid Working / Study Support
IN2Consult are partnering with a West London logistics company who are on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity that offers up to £45,000 pa, study support & hybrid working. Our client would be happy with someone already at a Management Accountant level or at an Assistant Accountant level who is looking to make a step up. Please see below the responsibilities & beneficial skills -
Responsibilities
• Assist in the delivery of a timely month end process including monthly prepayments, accruals, preparation, depreciation, posting journals and variance analysis.
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations for review and sign off by Senior Management accountant monthly.
• Issue inter Company recharges invoices and agree Inter Company balances.
• Management of Fixed Aassets Rregisters.
• Owned and produce quarterly fuel scale charge analysis to be included with VAT submissions.
• Production of quarterly VAT return.
• Assist in the production of bottom-up annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Assist in the delivery of annual audit process & corporation tax return queries.
• Complete ONS and other mandatory surveys in a timely fashion.
• Liaising with AP / AR as appropriate to resolve balance sheet queries.
• Petty cash postings and cCredit card postings.
• Updating overhead expense rolling reports.
• Deliver Ad-hoc analysis/ projects.
Skills
• PQ or finalist.
• Adaptability.
• Communication.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• SAP would be a big benefit.
