Legacie Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant /Financial Controller to join the team based on continuous growth within the group.

Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for the Accounting and Reporting across the Groups Investment Portfolio (Single Family Housing) circa 200 properties
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts including variance analysis
Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis, investigations and actioning any differences/reconciling items
Ensuring finance systems and property management systems reconcile and investigating any differences quickly
Liaising with credit control regarding any arrears/late payments to ensure they are being chased/actioned
Preparation of exception reports showing KPI’s for the business
Manage year-end statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors as appropriate
Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements including PAYE, VAT,CT
Management Accountant/Financial Controller – Investments
Potential Range £50k-70k (will be dependent on experience and level of role)
Report to Finance Director
Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Ideally background in Property Management, Ideally exposure to MRI or similar Property Management System (but not essential)
Package / Benefits
