Identify and communicate proactive approaches to enhance customer service and experience.
Present financial data to Senior Management and important stakeholders, and explain complicated financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide insightful financial analysis to inform decision making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Profile
Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA, ACCA
Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and accounting rules for housing associations.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong collaboration and communication abilities
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience of Agresso Accounting system
Job Offer
An attractive salary range of £58,000 - £65,000 per year
A generous 15% pension contribution
27 days of annual leave, plus an additional 3 days over the Christmas period
Flexibility with 2-3 days working in the London office
