About the job:
Key responsibilities:

A. Pre-Sales Activities:

1. Deliver technical demos and standard presentations to showcase PTC Creo/other software capabilities to customers

2. Interact one-on-one with customers to capture requirements and deliver customized technical demos tailored to their design work

3. Assist sales executives with technical support to help close sales deals

B. Post-Sales Activities:

1. Configure and install PTC Creo/other software at customer sites

2. Provide training sessions at customer premises based on their requirements

3. Offer technical solutions for customer queries, both on-site and via remote support

4. Regularly visit customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Other Requirements:

1. Good Communication Skills

2. Readiness to learn new technologies/solutions in Design

3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

4. Candidate should have Knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric or any other 3D CAD Software.

5. Knowledge of any CAE software like ANSYS, etc, will be an added advantage.
