Experience- MBA Fresher / PG willing to start career in Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidates suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers regularly.
• Assist in salary negotiations and offer management.
• Support onboarding processes and post-offer follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prepare reports and update daily recruitment dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Post Graduate in any discipline or MBA (HR preferred, but open to all).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
