Job Title : Management Trainee (Fresher Hiring) - (Night Shift) - (Walk-In Direct- Face to Face Interview)

Shift : Night Shift (07:15 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Salary Package: 2,53,200 P.A
Walk-In Interview Details:
• Date: Will be confirmed through Call / Mail Invitation.
• Time: Will be confirmed through Call / Mail Invitation.
• Venue: 175, EPIP 2nd Phase KIADB Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 ( i Gate Junction, near Kundalahalli Metro )
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in recruiting activities, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Interact energetically with candidates to identify potential fits for open positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Convince and communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Any UG/PG qualification.
• Freshers are preferred.
• Strong English communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Must be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.
• Open to working in night shifts (No Cab Facility).
Additional Details:
• This is an in-office position; WFH is not available.
• Successful candidates may secure a permanent role post-training, depending on performance.
