Trainee 2.16 to 10.80 Lakh / Associate 4.32 to 12.+6 Lakh for Freshers and up to 3 years of experience

Partner 6.48 to 15.12 Lakh / Consultant 8.64 to 17.28 Lakh for 4 to + years experienced
• We have built a culture of professional working of 1+2 hours per month (i.e. 8 hours per day x 24 Weekdays) for all people in which 144 hours per month to be invested for commercial work to justify your monthly earnings/stipends and quarterly performance incentives and 48 hours per month are dedicated for regular self-funded self-financed training, learning and grooming.
• We shall sponsor upto 50% expenses of regular training of all our trainees/associates/partners/consultants and other teams and also sponsor upto 50% exof penses of their Graduation Program (BS/B.Tech.), Masters Program (M.Tech./MS/MBA) and Doctorate/Executive Programs (Ph.D./Executive-MBA/Global-MBA) while offering upto 6 Days per month for visiting the partner university/institute to complete their coursework under the Work Integrated Learning Program.

- Human Resources Planning, Budgeting, Financing, Accountability

- Pre Hiring Research, Working with Job Descriptions, Social Media Enrichment, Recruitment,

- Personality Grooming and Training for Placement, Managing Local and Global Meritocratic Internships, - HR Program Sales, Marketing and Business Development Functions

- Managing Accountability of Clients, Customer, Students, Internship Trainees and Job Applicants across diversity of business functions,

- Drafting Job Offer Letters and other HR Policy/Legal Documentation,

- Automated HRMS/HRIS/Payrolls/HR Analytics.

The role and responsibilities of Trainee (People Inclusion, Onboarding & Development) is to support organizational goals. You shall be actively dealing with Human resource planning, Recruitment and selection, Performance management, Learning and development, Career planning, Function evaluation, Rewards & Recognition, Industrial relations, Employee participation and communication, Health and safety, Personal well being, Administrative responsibilities.

Trainee (People Inclusion, Onboarding & Development) must have observation to the Reshuffling of Organizational structures are becoming increasingly complex, with outsourcing models and elongated supply chains becoming more complex too and finally, we hear more and more companies say that success is more directly linked to an individual relying not just on technical skills, but on the ability to understand the wider organizational context. The ability to take a ‘big picture’ view of a situation, to weigh it up quickly, make a logical, sound decision confidently, and influence others to agree with you in order to have a positive impact towards achieving the objectives of the organization.
