Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding:
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a positive transition.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline the onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Provide support for employee relations functions, addressing queries and fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Compliance:
Stay updated on. labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Support internal audits to assess compliance with company policies.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
MBA in HR is mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Collaborative approach with effective teamwork skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn HR software.
