As a Management Trainee - HR, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end executive talent acquisition process in India. You will conduct mapping and execution for various companies in the packaging industry, assist with recruitment activities, and utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify, attract, and secure talent.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, medicals, background verification, reference checks, and competency evaluations.
• Prepare recruitment MIS /Dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any Discipline with PG/MBA in HR preferred.
• Knowledge of different executive search methodologies.
• Good Communication & interpersonal Skills essential
