Role & Responsibilities:
• Resume Screening, shortlisting, connecting to candidates, interview scheduling & attending and create smooth joining experience for new joiners
• Working on all aspects of Payroll process which includes attendance finalization, all debit & credit entries to HRMS Software and preparation of Salary Master.
• Post Payroll activities like collating data for compliance purposes
• HRIS Modules Administration, Development, Deployment, User Training
• Data Analytics and Dashboard Administration
• Performance Management Systems Administration (First Quarterly Review to Annual Appraisals + PIP/IDP
• Records Management System Administration (including Soft Copies)
• Manpower Separation Administration (No Dues - F&F - Exit Interview)
• HR Budgeting and Administration
• Stock Management and Day to day Admin responsibilities
