Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support HR team projects.
• Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings to the
HR team.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in data analysis.
• Attend HR meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• MBAMMS in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
