We are looking for a passionate sales trainee to join our sales team. The Management trainee responsibilities includes lead generation, making sales calls, updating CRM database, building rapport with clients and close sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Researching prospects and generating leads
• Contacting potential clients on phone, by email, or in person
• Handling client questions, inquiries and complaints
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Building and maintaining CRM database
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participating in sales team meetings
Requirements:
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders efficiently and effectively
• Self-motivated with a result driven approach
• Critical thinker and problem solver
